What is the typical duration of a support package?
The duration depends on the package agreed upon. The typical duration is 1 or 2 years, after which it can be renewed if so desired.
Are the renewal fees for software and/or hosting renewals included?
Not by default. The renewal fees for the software and hosting will be billed seperately whener it is due. However, you can request a quote with these fees included so as to have a complete picture of what the annual costs will be.
How often are regular checks performed?
At least every week we will check if your site is functioning correctly and up-to-date. If not, we will take care of it. If you yourself notice something isn’t working right or have a request, you can let us know and we will take care of it straight away.
There is a specific piece of software I wish to use. Is this possible?
If the software is compatible and doesn’t cause problems, then yes. However, we cannot offer guarantees on software solutions that we wouldn’t ordinarily use.
There is a specific platform I want to use in conjunction with the site. Can this be done?
Yes, we can help with third party platform integration. We cannot, however, vouch for their functionality as the solutions and infrastructure these platforms use is out of our control.
